Storms erupted overnight and woke many up. It was a slow moving line of heavy rain producing, loud rumbling storms that dropped south out of southern Pennsylvania. In the path, a wide range of 1 to 3 inches of rain and some flooding. Doppler Radar summary (so far) shows the pulsing of the rain, and as I write this (7:45 AM) it as still pouring on the Eastern Shore and heading to the beaches. More is on the way.
