Did you wake up with fog this morning. More likely north and west of Baltimore, where it was mighty thick and a signal how moist the ground is.  The recent rain and current humid air mass are part of why the heat should be less intense than first thought. So about that ‘heat wave’, well… not exactly for us. Parts of the nation will bake this week, but the full force will struggle to reach the Mid Atlantic.  Tempertures will just be warm and range from the upper 80s to near 90F. Nothing that unusual.  About storms: Scattered this afternoon with a better chance south of Baltimore. Any breeze that develops off of the Bay will help ignite a shower.  So the Orioles game should be OK. We do have a better chance of storms with a cold front Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.
