May 23 2016- This past weekend lead us to the 18th day of rain this month and we are on pace for one of the coolest Mays on record. But there will be a change this week. The showers this morning are sliding south, but will reemerge as a storm slides up the coast. Gradually temperatures will warm starting with a push to the lower 70s today. The average high today should be 76°F, and during the week we will jump into the mid 80s. That warmth will last into Memorial Day Weekend. So get ready for it to feel steamy. Also, if you remember when we finally dried out and warmed up in April…. perhaps another surge of pollen this week as well. Be careful what you wish for.
Let’s start with today- as showers and thunderstorms will develop this afternoon and evening.
