March 23 – It is cold this morning and will remain chilly this afternoon as we reach the mid to upper 40s. But a quiet day with the sun shining will make it feel better. Some rain will arrive Friday morning marking a change in the pattern that may be good for everyone. Believe it or not, we have a little drought situation, so we can take all the rain we can get early in the growing season. Baltimore is 0.66 inches of precipitation below average for the month. But since January 1 down 2.46″. I will have more on that in another report. But,  the rain on the way, along with warm temps is a win. Let’s start with Friday morning, then the end of the weekend.
