Monday March 23 2020
A Noreaster is developing off of the coast today. The combination of this storm and some energy to the west will bring our region a chilly rain and a late season snowfall to our north in New York and New England. Some of those places could get 3 to 6 inches of snow.
We are in the COVID19 State of Emergency and it needs to be mentioned. If there is any good out of this, it will keep more people inside as Pennsylvania enacts a Shelter In Place. See the rain timeline below.
More rain is likely again on Wednesday and the upcoming weekend. But there will be times in between to get out for fresh air. We just need to be more careful about it.
Some snow and sleet have mixed in north of Baltimore. No stickage is expected and a quick change to rain will happen.
